Saturday i was off to Granville island to visit the Place de la Francophone. the bus was amazingly full and took forever to get there. The entertainment had just fiished on the air Canada stage and so i just took pictures. I wandered around a bit more and enjoyed a few conversations with representatives promoting francaphone in Northern Ontario..i mentioned all the little towns that i have visited there with skating..they were impressed indeed. i wandered over to the Suisse Pavillion and the line ups were wayyy to longggg. so i wandered over to the Maritime Pavilion and turned on my heel and headed back for the water taxi to take me to Yaletown. The taxi is $4 and about 10 minutes and worth every penny of it at least once. As you can see from my photos there are many nice viewing options.
I wandered down the busy streets to see what venues i could see before i was off to bc place for my 830 pm start time for work. The line ups were tooo crazy and so i just took some photos.
